When Will My Order Ship?

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your package ships, you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number and delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folders for any emails from support@helloneycher.com.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $35.00 or more. For orders below $35.00, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, and we want you to feel confident trying Neycher.

While we do not accept product returns, we will gladly refund you if you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your first order. Refunds are issued less shipping and handling and are valid once per customer, up to a maximum of $80. This applies whether your order was a single product or a bundle.

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will send you a replacement at no cost, with free shipping.

Samples, free gifts, promotional items, and shipping and handling fees are excluded. Orders placed anywhere other than helloneycher.com, such as on Amazon, follow that store's return policy.

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account, as long as you make the change before your next order is processed.

To request a refund, email us at support@helloneycher.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened.

Where's My Package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a couple of days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folders for any emails from support@helloneycher.com.
